ABOUT THE ARTIST
Hernan Caro is a multifaceted artist. His creative drive has led him to work with a wide variety of materials throughout his lifelong artistic pursuit. From all kinds of metals to clays and fiber, Hernan uses the many elements at his disposal to deliver on his visions and ideas.
Caro was born in the coastal Colombian city of Cartagena and in 1986, at the age of 20, immagrated to New Orleans with an uncompromising intention to become an artist.
